The schedule.
- Arrival
- 4 PM: We know everyone will be coming from all over, so try to arrive between 4 and 4:30. The meal will begin at 5 PM-ish, and the evening program starts at 6 PM!
- Meal
- 5 PM: Grub lines will open at 5. We ask that everyone arrives to eat by 5:45 at the latest.
- Program
- After dinner: Around 6 to 6:15 PM.
- Leave
- 9:00 PM: All groups must be off the property by 9:15 PM at the latest. We understand most groups will likely need to leave sooner.
Cost: $10 per student.
We ask students to attend in groups with at least one adult leader or chaperone for every 4 to 8 students. This way, everyone can have a familiar face to share this unforgettable experience with. Whether they're attending as a youth group, team, club, or group of friends is fine! Because of the outdoor nature of the evening, we just want a few adults with every group for their safety and the best experience.
